1. Introduction

Welcome to Ronaks Adire. By accessing or using our website (ronaksadire.com) and placing an order through WhatsApp or any other means, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Our Products & Handcrafted Nature

All Ronaks Adire fabrics are handcrafted using traditional Adire techniques by artisans in Ile-Ife, Osun State. Due to the manual nature of resist-dyeing:

• Slight variations in color, pattern alignment, texture, and indigo intensity are normal and expected.
• These variations are part of the unique beauty and authenticity of handcrafted Adire and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices for custom and bulk orders may vary based on design complexity, quantity, and current material costs. Final pricing will be confirmed via WhatsApp before production begins. Full payment is required before production starts on custom orders.

4. Ordering Process

Most orders are processed through WhatsApp. By confirming an order, you agree that:

• The details (design, quantity, fabric type, and delivery address) you provided are correct.
• You have read and accepted our Returns & Exchanges policy.

5. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom orders are made to your specifications or uploaded designs. Once production begins:

• The order cannot be cancelled.
• No refunds or exchanges are possible (except in cases of proven error on our part).
• We will do our best to match your design reference, but exact replication cannot be guaranteed due to the hand-dyeing process.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to logistics partners. Ronaks Adire is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is handed over to the courier.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details. Custom and bespoke orders are strictly final sale. Bulk/wholesale orders have separate conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Ronaks Adire. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs commercially without written permission. However, once you purchase a fabric, you are free to use it to create garments for personal or commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ronaks Adire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Osun State.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
